The Impact of BookMates

BookMates is an interfaith literacy program of the JCRC of Southern NJ that provides services to elementary schools that receive title-one funding throughout Southern New Jersey. The mission of BookMates is to provide a nurturing, one-to-one literacy experience for children, encouraging them to love reading and providing them with a foundation to succeed in school and in life.
